Non-rocking manhole frame and cover assembly conforming to the STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties, agencies and organizations including APWA (SPPWC), LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, CITY OF TORRANCE and LACDPW. The casting’s cover is designed to rotate and lock to the frame, creating a secure, non-rocking fit. Various markings are available and the assembly is furnished an asphaltum (black) coating.
