General use, non-rocking cleanout cover and frame assembly designed for sewer line inspections and examinations. The casting conforms with various city, county and agency STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS including CITY OF FULLERTON and CITY OF CHINO. Various markings are available and the casting is furnished with an asphaltum (black) coating. A removable drop-in access cover (disk) is available if required.
