General use, non-rocking manhole frame and cover assembly conforming to the STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties, agencies and organizations including APWA (SPPWC), CITY OF LOS ANGELES, LACDPW, CITY OF IRVINE, RCFC & WCD, CALTRANS, OCRDMD, and CITY and COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE. Various markings are available and the casting is furnished with an asphaltum (black) coating. The assembly may be bolted upon request.
