General use sidewalk cover and frame assembly conforming to the STANDARD PLAN
DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties, agencies and organizations including
APWA (SPPWC), CITY OF LOS ANGELES, LACDPW, CITY OF IRVINE, RCFC & WCD, COUNTY of
RIVERSIDE and OCRDMD (OCEMA). The assembly is bolted in two (2) locations with
3/4"-10 vandal resistant set screws, and furnished with either an asphaltum
(black) or galvanized finish.
