General use TRAFFIC SERVICE manhole cover and frame assembly conforming to the STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties and agencies including the COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO REGIONAL STANDARD PLAN DRAWING M-3 and CVWD. The assembly includes a removable 24" diameter concentric cover designed to allow for manhole structure access. Various markings are available and the casting is furnished with an asphaltum (black) coating. The assembly may also be bolted and gasketed upon request.
