General use, non-rocking manhole frame and cover assembly conforming to the STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties and agencies including IRVINE RANCH WATER DISTRICT, CITY OF LONG BEACH, CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS and CITY OF TORRANCE. Various markings are available and the casting is furnished with an asphaltum (black) coating. The assembly may also be bolted upon request.
