General use, non-rocking cleanout cover and frame assembly designed for sewer and waterline inspections and examinations. May also be used as a monument marker. The casting conforms with the STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties and agencies including the CITY OF SIGNAL HILL. Furnished with an asphaltum (black) coating and marked either SEWER or SD CO. Bolting is available upon request.
