General use roadway, non-rocking manhole frame and cover assembly conforming to LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT STANDARD PLAN Drawing S-a-226. This assembly is also suitable for selected telecommunication and utilities applications. Various markings are available and the assembly is furnished painted black with a water based coating. Bolted upon request.
