General use roadway frame and cover assembly conforming to the STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties and agencies including LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION STANDARD DRAWING S-a-228. The assembly is non-rocking and furnished painted black with a water based coating.
